During this webinar, participants will:

• Briefly review highlights of the 3-Year Grant to Address the Shortage of RNs in Home and Hospice Care
•  Take a closer look at the Clinical Rotation and Onboarding Models, with specific emphasis on the Onboarding Model
• Learn more about successfully onboarding new RN graduates into your agency - including insights from representatives from two pilot project agencies including:
  • Alisha Shupe, MHA, RN, Nurse Manager, Hugh Chatham Health at Home and
    April Blizzard, RN, CHPN, Clinical Nurse Education Director, Lower Cape Fear LifeCare
•  Have an opportunity to ask questions and share information with other participants
•  Identify strategies and opportunities for partnering with area nursing programs, and
•  Be able to sign up to work with Hospice and Home Care Foundation project staff for assistance in the implementation process
