The Association for Home & Hospice Care of North Carolina is hosting an all-day NC Medicaid Managed Care Summit June 5 in Durham, NC.

This is the chance for providers to come and meet the contracted managed care companies, hear their presentations, then participate in “quick-rounds” in which participants will spend 30 minutes with each company where they will have a chance to ask questions and get clarification on the contract process.

Registration begins at 8:00am.

Coffee and Lunch will be provided. Upon arrival, you will receive a card that states the order in which you will attend the afternoon quick-rounds. For example, your card might say, “1. AmeriHealth Caritas, 2. HealthyBlue, 3. UnitedHealthcare, 4. WellCare, and 5. Carolina Complete Health. Please go to the next room on your card every time you hear the buzzer.”
